Small apps. Strong opinions.

I’m Mikael, the person behind BitSize. I like good design and have very little patience for software that makes simple things complicated. The apps and free browser tools each do one useful thing well, without making your day more complicated.

You already have enough going on.

I want these apps to save you a bit of time and effort. You’ve probably got better things to do than become an expert at using them, and an app should earn its place by making life easier.

Having seventy-three features and a welcome video doesn’t automatically qualify it.

I’m fussy about the little things.

I care about how something looks, how it feels to use, and whether the next step makes sense, because those details are what make a simple tool feel good. Ideally, you won’t notice most of that work. You’ll open something, get what you need, and carry on with your day.

Slightly disappointing for my ego. Exactly what I wanted for the app.
